Experience the healing power of sound, where everything in nature—from tiny atoms to the stars—vibrates with energy. In this class, soothing sounds connect you to this natural energy, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation, restoring balance and peace to your mind and body.

​Our class begins with a seated meditation to prepare your body for a soothing sound bath. You’ll then lie down in a restorative pose on a yoga mat for a guided hypnotherapy meditation that works through your subconscious mind, promoting deep relaxation and healing.

 

As you relax, you’ll be immersed in the healing sounds of Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, along with chimes, rattles, and an ocean drum. These elements combine to clear, balance, and harmonize your body, mind, and soul, fostering a profound sense of tranquility and calmness.

 

Join us this restorative and stress-relieving experience!

spiritual circle

Join our weekly gathering of like-minded individuals as we explore various aspects of spirituality. This interactive class will help you discover and nurture your spiritual essence through exercises Maria has developed over 25+ years as a practitioner and facilitator in the healing arts.

 

We’ll cover a wide range of practices, including guided meditation, sound healing, mindfulness, intuition, connecting with your spirit guides, energy work, and more. â€‹In this class, we occasionally use the Mystic Goddess Sigils Tarot deck, which Maria designed and published in 2021, to help you learn and develop your intuition using tarot cards.

 

Each week, we’ll form a supportive circle, providing a safe space for you to share your personal experiences. You’ll gain tools and insights that will help you connect with the divine energy around us and support your journey toward positive changes, better health, balance, and personal growth.

Join us every Saturday morning for a soul-nourishing get-together where mindfulness, community, and the art of tarot come together over a shared love of tea. This weekly gathering invites you to unwind, connect, and explore various themes that inspire personal growth and insight.

We begin by welcoming everyone into a cozy setting where a delightful selection of teas is offered. You're encouraged to bring your favorite tea or snack to share, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhances our sense of community.

 

​Each week features a unique theme or contemplation—such as self-love, gratitude, or intuition—designed to deepen your self-awareness and enrich your tarot practice. Our session includes a guided mindfulness meditation that aligns with the week’s theme, followed by quiet contemplation and journaling to reflect on insights gained during the meditation. Participants then select a tarot card for the week, exploring its meaning in relation to the theme.

 

The class concludes with an open sharing session where everyone can discuss their interpretations and personal experiences, creating a supportive space for connection and inspiration. Join us for this rejuvenating experience where tea and tarot come together to support your journey of personal growth and reflection!

 

qigong: moving meditation

If you've ever seen people in a park, practicing the slow, flowing, graceful and gentle movements of Tai Chi - then you've seen a particular form of the traditional practice of Qigong.

 

Qigong (pronounced Chee-GONG) is a practice of aligning body, breath and mind, for health and meditation. Its literal translation is ‘life energy cultivation’. With roots in traditional Chinese medicine, qigong cultivates, balances and nourishes the energy aspect of our being. Qigong helps practitioners still the mind and enter a state of conscious awareness that brings serenity, clarity, and relaxation.

Qigong is easy to learn, and incorporates simple, gentle, intentional movement; mindful breathing; and calm meditative focus. The focus is commonly on visualizing the movement of qi through the body’s energy centers, and balancing qi flow in the meridians and other pathways of the body. As a form of gentle exercise, qigong helps strengthen and stretch the body, enhance balance, increase body fluid movement, and improve awareness of how the body moves through space.​​

Qigong embraces action and stillness, cultivating mindfulness, concentration, and presence. It empowers practitioners with calm clear energy, strength, and vibrant health – bringing peace to the body, mind, heart and spirit.
