Join Kath for a workshop designed for women who are ready to build confidence from the inside out, and step into their power! We’ll combine simple makeup practice, beauty tips, and intentional movement to help unlock your inner Glow-Up Goddess.
We’ll start with a mini-workout of intentional movements you can do every day to boost energy, increase strength, and reduce stress. Kath will then lead a makeup practice session, offering tips on how to elevate your makeup skills.
There will be time for mingling and sharing, and we’ll have a digital Photo Booth to record your transformation. You’ll also go home with a Swag Bag of makeup samples, tools, face masks, portable mirrors, and more.
Whether you’re a makeup ‘beginner’, or don’t know where to start with movement, this workshop is for you. Your Glow-Up Goddess has always been there — now it’s time to let her shine!
WHAT TO BRING:
-
Bring your own makeup bag (moisturizer, foundation (optional), concealer, setting powder, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara)
-
Wear loose, comfortable, workout-type clothing
-
We’ll have snacks and drinks, but feel free to bring something to share
-
A journal to take notes

ABOUT KATH

Kath Martin is a nurse turned wellness and empowerment coach, with a passion for helping women feel confident, healthy, and aligned. After 10 years in nursing and building a side business in bridal and event makeup, along with teaching dance, she found her true calling in guiding others toward whole-life wellness. She was certified in 2020 through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and holds additional certifications through NASM in fitness and wellness, Mat Pilates and Hot Pilates.
Her purpose is to share the tools she’s gained through both personal and professional experience — to help women build confidence, trust themselves, and boldly go after their goals. She specializes in fitness, nutrition, mindset, mindfulness, spiritual guidance, and personal growth. And yes, she still does makeup on the side – because she loves helping women feel beautiful inside and out.
