In this interactive workshop, you’ll:

Reset — a New Moon intention setting with journal prompts.

Release — a guided meditation, sound bath and energy healing themed to the Libra New Moon.
You’ll leave settled, clearer about what you need, and with one small thing to carry into the new lunar cycle. No astrology background required.
