Maria will guide a full hypnotherapy-style

meditation, with crystal singing bowls underneath

— voice and sound woven together. You'll settle into a restorative position (bolsters provided),

set your intention, and let the bowls carry you

through the gate.

 

We close with a simple bay leaf ritual. One word.

One offering. The portal receives it.
